Flooring isn't something Jon O'Neill fell into. It's something he grew up around. His grandfather started in the trade, passed it to his two sons, and those uncles passed it to their kids.
Jon learned alongside his brother, who is 15 years older and someone Jon always looked up to. Working together on job sites didn't feel like work. It felt like family.
What sealed it for Jon wasn't just the camaraderie. It was the moment a job was finished and he could see the reaction on a customer's face. The pride a homeowner felt walking through a newly floored room. That feeling stuck with him, and it's what eventually pushed him to go out on his own.

How Jon Runs Every Job
When you hire J.O. Flooring, you're hiring Jon. He's a working owner, which means he's on your job site from the first day to the last, not just at the estimate. There's no sales team, no rotating crew you've never met. The person who shows up is the person who cares most about how it turns out.
Jon works with a small, trusted team. Junior steps in on larger projects and can run a job when Jon has back-to-back commitments. Andres works alongside Jon on a daily basis. The three of them move through a job together, and because the crew stays small, fewer things fall through the cracks.
From the moment you accept a quote, Jon stays in regular contact. He'll let you know when materials are ordered, when they arrive, and what to expect before work begins. Once the job is done, he follows up about a month later to make sure everything still looks and feels the way it should.
